The restaurant remains closed for 12 days on 2-3 occasions every year (periods set aside for Ayurveda-Panchakarma treatment cures).
From May to mid-December the restaurant's days off are mostly Monday and Tuesday, exceptions around 1st August.
Our team will be delighted to spoil you in the cosy Fidazer lounge or on the sun terrace. Enjoy the view of the Surselva and the family atmosphere.

Kitchen authenticity at Fidaz
The kitchen team is responsible for producing an authentic, fresh cuisine sourced mainly from regional products. All of our specialities of the region, the vegetarian menu (ovo-lacto-vegetarian) and the Ayurvedic dishes, are prepared according to the Goût Mieux directives and Slow Food principles.
