In our cosy and spacious “Fidazerstube” and the covered “sun terrace” with an incomparable panoramic view of the valley and the impressive mountain ranges, we will spoil you with culinary delights from the kitchen and cellar.
Our kitchen team conjures up culinary creations and exquisite compositions for you every day.
Do you love freshly caught fish, organic meat from the farm, vegetarian, vegan or traditional delicacies? You are always welcome to come to us with your culinary wishes!

We will be happy to advise you on choosing the right wine to accompany your meal. The FidazerHof cellar has it all: great wines in large bottles, insider tips from Europe and the region by the glass, fine brandies or exclusive Swiss “Kirsch”… everything your heart desires.

Our fireside lounge, the “Canorta”, can also be used during the day and in the evening for small events or celebrations as well as seminars for up to 15 people. A private party or training course can be held in a separate room.

We only put the very best on our guests’ plates and in their glasses. We are committed to sustainable, conscious cuisine. We pay attention to seasonality, source food from the region and only use products from natural and animal-friendly husbandry.

The “Goût Mieux” and “ProSpecieRara” awards have sealed our diverse endeavours. We are proud to have been a member of “Slow Food Switzerland” in the Convivum Nord-Bünden for many years. We maintain a large network of culinary masters from all over Switzerland and regularly undergo further training so that we can continue to spoil you with excellent food.
