The following services are included in our offers/prices:

– Rich breakfast buffet (from 07.30 to 10.30) with products from the holiday region and a selection of gluten-free specialities
– Afternoon tea in the Canorta (from 15.30 to 17.30)
– Grander water in the room and in the FidazerHof spa
– Free use of the FidazerHof spa, incl. tea à discretion
– All rooms are non-smoking rooms
– Free WLAN (during the day), cable internet in the room
– E-charging station for our hotel guests
– Free travel on the specially marked Flims Laax Falera regional bus
– VAT and service
– Exclusive visitor’s tax (CHF 5.00 per person/overnight stay; children up to 16 years do not pay visitor’s tax)

Extra bed for children: (for two full-paying guests in a double room)

– CHF 20.00 per child/overnight stay up to 5 years
– CHF 45.00 per child/overnight stay from 6 to 16 years

Small animals / dogs:

– CHF 25.00 per pet/overnight stay (without food)
– We ask you not to let your pet in the bed, on the sofa or on the chairs!
(We charge at least CHF 30.00 for additional cleaning in the event of any soiling)

Cancellation conditions:
– Booked hotel services can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the day of arrival.
– For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival we charge 60% of the package price, for later cancellations 80%.
In the event of early departure, we also charge 80% of the package price for the hotel services not used.

Restaurant opening hours:
Daily from 08:00 to 23:00. (Please note our seasonal closing days!)

Half board:
– CHF 55.00 surcharge per person/overnight stay
– FidazerHof 5-course choice menu in the evening
– Only on advance reservation (24 hours) for the entire stay, also applies to cancellation

Children’s half board:
– CHF 28.00 surcharge per child/overnight stay up to 12 years
– from the children’s menu or a selection from the FidazerHof selection menu

Ayurvedic full board (vegetarian) in the Canorta:
– CHF 63.00 surcharge per person/overnight stay
– Breakfast from the rich breakfast buffet, with Ayurvedic corner (from 07.30 am)
– Lunch, with dessert, soup/starter and main course, tea or Fidazer GranderWater (hot/cold)
– Dinner, with soup and light rice/vegetable dish, tea or Fidaz GranderWater (hot/cold)
– Only by prior arrangement (24 hours) for the entire stay, also applies to cancellation
